This page explains what happens to your email if you join the Fullhouse waitlist. Last updated 3 November 2026.
Who I am
Valerio Donfrancesco (ByteLegion), Rome, Italy. Contact: info@fullhouselauncher.com.
What I collect
Only what you type in the waitlist form: your email address, the language of the page you used, and the date you gave consent.
Why
To send you one email when Fullhouse is available on Google Play. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). I don't use it for anything else and I don't sell or share it.
Where it's kept
In a database that only I can access, hosted by Neon (Neon Inc.) on servers in the EU (Frankfurt), behind this site on Vercel. No newsletter service is involved.
The emails I send
When you sign up you get one confirmation email, and later the launch email. Both are sent through Resend (Resend Inc.), which only handles the delivery.
How long
Until the launch email has gone out, then I delete the list. You can ask me to delete your address sooner at any time, and the launch email will tell you how.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent, or complain to the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it).
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. It is hosted by Vercel, which keeps short technical logs of requests. The font is served from this site, not from a third party.
